Avex provides airline catering services across all airports in India. Our in-flight catering services range from commercial and cargo airlines to private jet operators. Services span catering for all flight categories, as well as VIP, Kosher & Halal catering.

VIP catering

Avex customers know they can rely on the quality and efficiency of its VIP catering services, even if they are booked at short notice. Each meal is aesthetically presented and served. Our VIP catering extends to sourcing the finest food of the region with inputs given by our inhouse culinary experts. We also tend to special request of our guests in providing Kosher, Halal , and dietary restrictions.

Our services also extend for the furry passengers.

Business and Economy Classes

Avex believes passengers should enjoy high standards, regardless of which class they are flying in. It plans economy class and business class meals with the same care and attention to detail. Economy class meals are satisfying, tasty and cost-effective, while business class catering aims to satisfy the most discerning palates. Our Relationship with a Network of Flight Kitchens goes beyond and above to ensure that the standards are always exemplary. The same also goes for the Crew Meals.

Halal & Kosher Catering

The growth of airlines and passenger travel has significantly increased demand for halal & kosher catering. Although airlines are not all fully compliant, most offer options to their passengers on request.

Avex organises top quality halal & kosher catering services for private jet operators and airlines. Inflight meals served should not only taste good, but should also be culturally compliant. Avex organises varied and balanced halal & kosher menus that are 100% complaint to the faiths. Dishes do not contain any non compliant products. Our Flight Kitchens prepares, stores and transports these food separately from other products to avoid contamination.

Out networked flight kitchens are compliant through the process from procurement to delivery and we work with chefs and caterers with in-depth knowledge of culturally compliant catering. The care with which each dish is prepared is reflected in the taste.

Fuelling

Fuelling across India is provided across all airports mostly by state owned enterprises and extremely limited private operators. Some distant airports do not supply fuel and if needed a prior request is to be made.

Avex has an established relationship with all fuel suppliers and we ensure that your aircraft is refuelled well with the requisite time to ensure on time departure or a quick turnaround as required by the operator.

On special request we are able to also provide consumables and lubricants as may be needed and also arrange for AVGAS. Across India AVGAS is provided in Barrells and in such situations we have our technical staff available to inspect the fuel and arrange for the fuel transfer equipment and also have a ARFF/ ACT Equipment available on standby as mandated by the airport operators.
